Introduction

Shri Anandabawa Seva Sanstha was established 350 years ago, by Shree Anandabavaji Maharaj. The Sanstha has had seven saints thereafter. “Service to humanity is service to God” is the motto of this Sanstha. The Sanstha is engaged in its various activities, without any discrimination of caste, creed, religion or community. The main objective of the Sanstha is to provide food to the hungry, clothing to the naked, medical aid to the diseased and education to the needy.

The Sanstha does not have any religious binding (Sampraday) and no ‘ Mala’ or ‘ Kanthi ‘ is tied to anyone. The goodwill of the Sanstha is its service to humanity and of always being helpful to a Hindu, Muslim or anyone from any community, caste or religion. The Sanstha tries to devote its energies to act with the needs of the times and help people in becoming self sufficient and independently live their lives. Under its umbrella, it has 27 institutions in which devoted people render services.

The Sanstha, at present is headed by the able and efficient leadership of Mahantshree Devprasadji Maharajshree. It has a board of trustees with eminent, devoted people which manages the activities with sincerity.

The Sanstha provides to the needy people of the society, medical, education, food and shelter and other services, with the help of well wishers and donors
